Site owner Arcturus was also recently involved with a dispute over use of e's mascot in an image hosted on Fur Affinity, which was discussed in various internet forums and may have triggered the allegations. Arcturus said the risk of legal costs was too great to leave the site up, reasoning the attacks would continue even if material was taken down:. It's not a matter of 'letting an asshole win'.
