It sounds like she's already considered marrying you and raising children in the church even with you being out of the church. Mixed races, however, are NOT tied into opposing beliefs and mixed races don't try to "convert" each other. There is still a chance you can work out your differences, but it will require major concessions on both sides. My daughter thinks it's funny that she's known her SO 4 years - not ready for marriage. Here are my thoughts as someone who grew up with a non-mormon father and as someone who married a non-mormon girl. I learned that going out and having fun with friends every single weekend was not going to be part of our lifestyle together due to time restrictions, tiredness, etc.
